You need to use Universal Unreal Engine 4 Unlocker (UUU) v4 from https://www.patreon.com/collection/13026?view=expanded.
Some may not work perfectly (depending on outfit, other mods, positioning, etc.), but are a great base to tweak from in Pose Editor. Just add all loose files (not foldered) into: Steam\steamapps\common\StellarBladeDemo\SB\Binaries\Win64
