HELP Binloader Issue GoldHEN 9.00

Hello ,
i have an serious problem with my GoldHen 9.00 PS4Pro .
i got the error on "karo218" Load Error, "First Enable binloader server from Setting GoldHEN"

i allready started that Server several times and i tryed everything for the last 18h

tryed to change DNS -> FAIL
tryed with original DNS -> FAIL
cleared browser and cache "30sec without Power" -> FAIL
Offline -> FAIL
Online -> FAIL
FTP ON/ OFF -> FAIL

can someone pls help me with that issue ?
