    There is a difference in physics data of nifs so custom mods with collision with freeze on model load. You can generally check physics data against a database and copy the ps4 data in instead. It would likely be easier to convert a mod for people than have everyone try to set up a conversion...

    i ended up just building a python script to build GNF files into a GNF Archive. once in a GNF ba2 archive the game loads them just fine.
