    yes you can, but do not use internet to download the update, find the update 5.05 on this site and download it on pc and install it by usb

    all patchs from this site are retail for bluray disc only, if you have a fpkg game you need to install fpkg patch not retail and you have to find patchs for the same game id

    no you can't, you have to update your ps4 to the latest fw to play online but you will lose the jailbreak, maybe in the future like ps3 ;)

    if I was in your place, I sell my ps4 5.55 and I'm going to look for a pro 5.05, you can play a very big game library for free from the 1st game killzone shadow fall until god of war, for the jailbreak 5.55 you have to wait 1 year 2 years and maybe it will never come out
