A low-effort mod that I made for Omega's 4/7 Rainbow mod (a Touhou Puppet Dance Performance Shard of Dreams mod based on Pokemon FireRed/LeafGreen, but with some alterations) that changes the starters that the rivals (Renko and Maribel) use. You MUST install Omega's 4/7 Rainbow mod before applying this mod (I personally recommend making a copy of Shard of Dreams, with the translation patch (and no other mods) applied, specifically to install 4/7 Rainbow onto).
Unlike the Gen 3 Kanto Pokemon games, the first rival (Renko) wants a specific starter instead of choosing what's strong against your choice, and will only choose a different starter if you take the one she wants, while the second rival (Maribel) will take the starter that neither you nor Renko chose. Normally, Renko's desired starter is Marisa, but this mod will change her desired starter to one of the other starters. There are actually three patches provided (one for each starter), including one to revert their starters to what they originally were.
You will need the patcher found here in order to install both 4/7 Rainbow and this mod.
