Simple CLI for decrypting/encrypting Code Vein 2 LOCRES files.Usage

--demo Use demo XOR keyNotes
- Input and output must be different files.
- The tool will create the output directory if it does not exist.
- The
--demoflag to decrypt/encrypt locres from the demo.
