* Changed the Mechanics of Gathering DNA Overlay , and DNA Fragments
* When you Kill Bandits and POI Versions , they will Do a Game event do give you free DNA Overlay.
- Because of this I made the Recipe to get their NPCs abit more expensive , also because you can purchase more from Traders.
* You heard me right i made POI versions of these 'Bandits' , Technically they are Zombies so they can work better in POIs but the idea is the same , i changed their Voice and animations to be as similar to Bandits as possible. you can Still get their DNA Fragments and DNA Overlay from them , they too will count!
* For the Wild Bandits that Roam Outside the POIs , i did my best to slow them down and delay their hits so you can catch a breather , and just back in.
* Added a Weapon in the Knife Category called 'DNA Syringe' it takes a Steroid Drug to craft it , use it to Extract/Harvest DNA Fragments from the body of specific NPCs/Bandits/POI Bandits
*In this Mod i added POI Version of Platina (which is a Zombie specific for Quests) so you can 'meet' her in quests , have fun.
