For this to work you will still need both mods.

Just throw the mod in like any other.
If the author or the sword pack still hasn't done, change the .pak and .sig file names of the sword pack mod to StandaloneSwords_99_P.

This mod will be updated whenever one of the mods gets updated, if you're using both mods wait for this one to be updated too.
