Ok, it could be a couple of things. Do you have the GoldHEN AFR prerequisites setup correctly? If yes, verify your game version, 1.18 seems to be the best working option. The files are formatted to work on 1.18, because earlier versions require a different numbering sequence. Additionally, if you have a different game region, change the CUSA31498 folder to your region.
