Found the issue with only half of Tachy being busty. She was assigned the wrong blueprint in Unreal so since I was conjointly running my EVE mod, I never saw the conflict. Saw things were incorrect when standalone and only having Tachy's mod enabled though. Assigned correct blueprint fixes. She should hopefully be good now! Mod replaced.
