This is important if you intend to hack the switch read these because if you get banned we arent at fault:

https://www.reddit.com/r/SwitchHacks/comments/8rxg26/psa_strong_antipiracy_measures_implemented_by/ (this goes into some depth in how bans work for the Switch)
Bottom line:
- Tickets on the Switch can now use unique data for each ticket (unlike the 3DS, where all tickets for a game were effectively the same), making it possible for Nintendo to determine wether a ticket is allowed for that system or not.
- Switch CDN demands usage of your own switch certs (unlike 3DS these are unique per console).
- This effectively means any behavior done on your switch that stands out as strange will be visible to Nintendo.
- Nintendo bans any cert that abuses the CDN in some unusual way.
- Switch bans are similar to the super bans that were handed out for playing SUMO early, banned devices cant do anything except for installing system updates.
- Don't expect a tool like freeShop to pop up for the Switch, and if it does, by the gods don't install it, it would be a free, no refunds, you must go ticket to banland.
Finally, I'll also give you this post about the 3DS CDN: https://www.reddit.com/r/3dshacks/comments/4b4fvh/the_eshop_and_cdn_an_attempt_at_an_explanation/ , which hopefully should explain some questions about how it works on the 3ds in comparison.
