Blank icon on the menu

Hello everyone
I was trying to install an .xci file on my hacked switch , but something went wrong with the game file. The installation couldn't completed and when I went back to home screen , there was a blank icon there. Probably that was the game. I was trying to remove it from my switch but I couldn't find a way to do it. Can you please help me to do that?

are you using gold leaf or tinfoil to install ??.
open gold leaf then open "tittle management " and delete from there. it should do the job
