can i run local remote play with esp8266 network without internet?

hi
i have jailbroken ps4 pro that never signed to psn.
im using esp8266 network, without internet.
i logged to esp8266 net also from my laptop and tried to remote play my ps4.
i logged to psn from remote play software on my laptop befor i connected to esp net.
its not working
how can i make this work?

I connect the ps4 to my laptop with an ethernet cable, if this is any help to you.
