Can we Backup Pkg file installed in ps4

Hi there plz help me out i have installed some games in my ps4 now i have to change the hdd so how can i make backup of pkg file again in my usb or pc to installed in other hdd or give it to some one.

Just use an external USB formatted to exFat, plug into Ps4. And do a settings > system > backup. Once backed up unplug USB. Install new HDD and firmware 5.05... then plug USB back in, and do settings > system > restore
I know late response, but better late then... ahhh F*&#

PS: As for making a pkg from a pkg. Its just like dumping game disk. More time consuming than re-download.
