can't delete a game

I have a big problem. I am running out of storage and need to clear some space for new games but some of my old games don't have the option to delete them and I can't find them in the list of applications in storage,

This delete is a debug mode.
Have you done rebuilding the database? I did so and I had to restore games ps4dbrebuilder and afteter that i cant delete games, only reinstall or format disk.

Alt account is not legal if you are as same as the author
