Can't play installed Xenoblade Chronicles 2 after installation.

So I have installed the Xenoblade Chronicles 2 game many times on my switch through SX OS ( XCI and NSP ). The problem I keep running into is that when I try to play the game, it always asks me to update the game itself. However, when I update the game, it says that I need to use an account that was used to purchase the game. What am I doing wrong?
 
use XCI file for the game and NSP to update...dont update online.
