This mod replaces cloud with cloud use so non of Wutai outfit.

First, a huge thanks to the whole Open FF7R discord server and more specifically to Matyalette, Narknon, Spooder, JujuB, Riviera, and Guilty for all their help, and without them I would have never been able to do this.
