==============================
STEP 1: UNPACK THE PATCH PKG
==============================

1. Open PS4 Patch Builder v1.3.3.
2. Drag and drop the update file onto the "Package Extraction" side.
3. Click on "Extract Package".
4. A pop-up will be displayed to select your files, just check "Select All", then "Export File(s)".
5. Wait for the process to finish.

Resulting folder should look like:

(Region Code)-patch

Example:
CUSA17197-patch/
├── Sc0/
└── Image0/
└── [Game files and folders]

==============================
STEP 2: ADDING MOD FILES
(IDontModLobbies [rawfiles] releases)

==============================

1. Go to: CUSA17197-patch/Image0/
2. Drag the Image0 folder from my releases, onto your extracted PKG folder.
3. Select "Yes" to overwrite any files it may ask.
4. Done. Ready to be repackaged.

==============================
STEP 3: BUILDING THE NEW PATCH PKG
==============================

1. Return to PS4 Patch Builder v1.3.3.
2. Drag the updated "Image0" folder onto "Package Location".
3. Drag the base game pkg file (not the update file you used to extract) onto "Package Settings".
3.1 Optional: You can replace the PS4 game icon by clicking on "Replace Image" then select your new icon.
If no icon was displayed, do not worry, it will still work or if you choose not to replace it, the game's default image will be utilized.
4. Click "Build" and wait.

==============================
STEP 4: INSTALL ON PS4
==============================

NOTE:
You can rename the PKG files to help you remember what it is.
(e.g. UP1023-CUSA17197_00-ENGBVSPRD0000001-A0285-V0100.pkg to UP1023-CUSA17197_00-ENGBVSPRD-NSFW-A0285-V0100.pkg)

1. Copy the newly created PKG (e.g. UP1023-CUSA17197_00-ENGBVSPRD0000001-A0285-V0100.pkg) to your USB or send over network (FTP, etc.).
2. On your PS4, open:
Settings > Debug Settings > Package Installer
3. Install the modded patch.
4. Launch the game and verify changes.

==============================
DONE
==============================

You’ve now built and installed a working PS4 patch using PS4 Patch Builder v1.3.3.
