I "ported" the widescreen hack and made an update for sabin1981's pkg

The game had some minor graphic issues which were fixed using
--gs-use-mipmap=1
--gs-kernel-cl="mipmap"
--gs-kernel-cl-up="mipmap2x2"
which are included in the patch.

Thanks sabin, the commented fixes made pretty straightforward finding the correct fix.

That's odd, I don't remember Disgaea needing mipmapping? I didn't notice any issues during my test but then, I didn't play the original on real PS2 hardware so I didn't have anything to compare to. What sort of graphical issues were there? Or were they side effects of the widescreen patch?

characters stats bar had flickering. the other issue is like lines that appear on the terrain, is very noticiable in the right down corner of the main hub.
