DLC on external HDD disappear after a blackout/kernel panic...

Alright I'm not sure if this is a bug of HEN v1.7 or firmware 5.05 but if I install games + updates + DLC on external HDD by using the official PS4 feature, they will be working fine until there's a blackout/kernel panic that forces the PS4 to repair the database/external HDD at boot then the DLC installed on external HDD will disappear/stop working...the installed size still remains intact like the DLC are still there but only the games+updates are working.

On the other hand games+updates+DLC installed on the internal system storage are still working fine even after repairing the database at boot...
