Game install gold leaf failed

Now I have a square on my main menu I cant delete any ideas.

S black square with spinning circle in middle like the console is trying to do something with it
 
open up gold leaf and go to tittle management and delete the game with the black square.

another option is to select the game(blank square) press the + button on your joycon manage software and delete it
 
I have tried all the proper ways to delete it i.e. going in setup up or pressing plus and delete it that way but I didn't know you could do it in gold leaf I will try that when I get home thank you
 
in gold leaf.
manage console contents
SD card
select the tittle you want to uninstall
base tittle/
remove
