Hen loading question

Hi I heard that hen has to be started up everytime the ps4 is switched on and for that an internet connection is required.

If i have games already installed into the ps4, do i have to start up hen everytime i want to play any of them.

Sometimes i do not have an internet connection, so am i am unable to play ps4?

If this is true is there a workaround, such as using mira or hen+mira, or anything else you can think of to be used when no internet connecion is available.

Load page with internet, then press the cache all button.
that should save everything so don't have to be using the internet.
