Jack over Booker - Replaces Booker's view hands and body model with Jack's from Bioshock 1

While rummaging through the files of Burial at Sea, I came across Jack's body and hand models. I was surprised at this and wanted to see if they would work like Booker's. A few tests later and they sure did! Figured it was time to upload by then.

Let me know if any issues arise during the storyline play. I updated each package to replace the bandaged arms that appear during the tickets/gondola ride mission, so there shouldn't be any, but still...
