Mario Kart 8 Deluxe issue

I tried 3 differents XCI of MK8 Deluxe and 1 NSP but i was never able to launch the game....just got a message saying a download is required to launch the game....Someone got the same issue??

I'm using 6.2 firmware and SX 2.5 and all the other games work like a charm (even Smash Bros)

you need update 1.7 for the game if this helps
