I've trying to update my Ps4 firmware from 3.55 to 6.72. I'm able to select to update through the USB, however when the PS4 says it will restart and run the update, it just turns off and doesn't restart. I've tried running the update in safe mode as well as the normal way. I've even tried updating it to 4.00 instead. Both with the same results (shutdown without a restart). Any help would be much appricated.
