I thought about this but I'm not sure if it is possible.
Since on the PC if you want to "force" something you change the config file to "unlock fps" or stuff like this (ofc, not every game allows this), could it be possible to do something similar with PS4 Pro games?
 
Best way to try is just dump or decrypt a package and look inside the files yourself,

Bethesda games are in standard PC format, Mods go in a DATA folder as the name as the root files in the BSA files structure!

So DATA/Armormod/Armormod1.jpg


And the config only needs you to specify which ESP you have as a DLC file it allows up to 7 or 8 I think * I havent fully tested*

You can also set FPS etc and change other settnig in config
 
Most 3rd party games are just PC ports (TrackMania for example)
So yes, they have the same PC settings.
I'd like to do this with first party games like, for example, DriveClub.
I don't know if this is possible or not
