PSVR Connect to firmware 7.0

Hey guys,

Just wanted to know if there is any Problem in connecting the psvr headset to a non hacked ps4 with the updated firmware 7.0. Is there any software drivers transferred to the psvr headset?
Can I connect my psvr headset afterwards to a ps4 5.05 with no problems? Thank you!

you'll be fine. just use the latest hen.

Just be careful not to update the firmware on your VR headset. If you update it to a new new version, then it might not be able to connect to 5.05. So I would just leave the headset with v5.05 just in case.

Its not possible to play latest firmware PS4 with PSVR on an older Firmware. It worked I needed to update PSVR and used latest HEN and it worked.

So to confirm again, any version of PS VR (Both Gen 1 and 2) can work with PS4 5.05 as long as we are using the latest hen?

Yes. Work for me on both consoles 5.05 and 7.02.
