This tutorial is for repairing your corrupted PS4 database which cause your Installed FPKGs disappeared by loading HEN, Mira, Kernel Panic or Sudden Power loss.
1. Download PS4 db rebuilder by Zer0xFF from his github HERE
2. Download Python 3.0+ from HERE
3. Install Python and extract PS4 db rebuilder to any location.(I recommend Desktop)
4. Start FTP Server on your jail broken ps4.
5. Run the Python script via cmdline(windows) or terminal (mac) python3 fix_db.py PS4_IP e.g python3 fix_db.py 192.168.10.5
6. Now just wait for the script to finish.
7. Logout of your ps4 but don't close the browser.
8. Login back to your ps4 and your games will be back there again.
