upcoming games?

hi guys, a noob here.

how come a lot of newly released games take months to be added to the download list?

for example the crew 2 is unavailable to download yet.

is it because most of the games available to download are only playable on 5.05 and newer games will only be available to download once a 5.5x hack is released?

please share your knowledge. thanks

Yes might upcoming games come in 5.55 firmware for Ps4 Red dead redemption 2 and Wwe 2K19 ,spider man etc mostly come for 5.55 Ps4

The Crew is online only game so cant play it on a JB console.
