Using .bins for 60FPS Unlocks

Can anyone suggest a way for me to utilise a bunch of 60FPS patch unlocks made via a .BIN?
I dont have GoldenHen (binloader) and currently run HEN 2.1 / 6.72.

the only time I used a 60FPS patch was via a .PKG which is rare
