Content Policy: Fictional Content

AyakaMods hosts user-created modifications ("mods") for video games. Some mods include adult content depicting fictional characters from published video games.

What our content is allowed:

• Digital 3D models, textures, and fan-created artwork
• Based entirely on fictional characters from commercially released video games
• Created by adult community members for adult community members

What our content is not allowed:

• No content on this platform depicts real people/human!
• No content on this platform depicts real children/kids!
• No content on this platform documents real-world events of any kind!

On the term "CSAM"

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) refers specifically to material documenting the sexual abuse of real, identifiable children. Fictional characters, regardless of appearance or context, do not meet this legal definition. Mislabeling fictional creative content as CSAM does not make it so, under any applicable law.

Age Verification

All characters depicted in adult mods hosted on this platform are established in their original source material as adults. Content is gated behind an adult content confirmation before access is granted.

We do not collect passports or government ID. Access to NSFW content requires confirming a date of birth showing the user is 18 or older. If a user is later found to be underage and creates another account to bypass this restriction, that account will be permanently banned.

Zero tolerance policy

AyakaMods maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any real CSAM. We cooperate fully with law enforcement and hosting/registrar compliance teams on any verified report. We take these matters with the seriousness they deserve, and this policy exists specifically to draw a clear, documented line reality for anyone reviewing a complaint against this platform.
