    Actually, even a lead reballed PS3 can YLOD. The issue is heat which causes the board to warp which then causes even the lead balls to crack.     The ELF for loading Tekken 3 is TK5DATA4.BIN. I just renamed it and deleted the unneeded files. I haven't been able to locate the files for Tekken 1 & 2.
