Replaces Toad's burger costume with Arle, and the default kart with Twinkle Bayoen, tested on Eglantine with game version 1.8.0
You can pick either just her, just the kart or both.

Warning: Arle herself is still a bit of a WIP, she does not properly sit the games bikes, regular karts are fine.
Comes with it's own sound and replaces in-game renders and icons.
