I was experimenting with converting UI icons to PS4 and it was not a success, lol.
Further research is needed to figure it out properly.
This pack contains the following mods.:
If you download an update that is higher than 1.01, you may need to change the name of the mods.
It might work if you rename them to anything you want, just don't include spaces or characters. (e.g. bossbay.pak and wolf.pak).
If that doesn't work, you will need to check the last number in your update and add one to it for each mod.
