The Democracy Officer NPC is using the Full body and accessories of FS-05 Marksman, and the body & parts of that set is also being used by roughly 30 other armors, so the model pollution will be terrible!
The head is attached to the body so if you use the FS-05 armor, your helmet and the mod's head will overlap.
Another thing, if you use the FS-05 (or any other armor it shares the same body part), the skirt movement is incorrect due to it reaching past the knees, and there's no proper way to connect both left and right shins.
The mod is made with the NPC in mind only, who doesn't move from their designated location.
