Tool for saving all currently-applied(active) swapkeys' values to a mod's ini (preventing them from being reset after swapping to another mod/renaming mod's folder).
Works for any 3dmigoto-based loader (supports NEMIx3DM) as long as `d3dx_user.ini` is located on same level as main `Mods` folder. Doesn't support symlinked Mods folder.

Usage (Advanced):
- set desired mod variation in-game with swapkeys
- press F10 (to write current values to d3dx_user.ini)
- open main mod folder, right-click context menu and click on "SaveSwapkeys"
Installation (Advanced):
- install Python with Path added
- unpack archive content inside some folder/path that won't be renamed/moved
- Run Add Context-menu command.bat to register context menu command
- (to unregister command run Delete Context-menu command.bat)
Alternative Usage (simpler, no installation):
- Set desired mod variation in-game and press F10
- Download and drop GlobalPersistSwapkey.exe inside needed mod's folder and run it
