In my case it's loading indefinitely, are you using the Fluffy Mod Manager?

EDIT: still can't get it to work:


I have other mods that works, and I have update to the latest reframework (REF Nightly 01373 (c4b1314820d20255febf7834903e8cedb669b49c))
