This mod corrects an oversight in the vanilla game's weapon mechanics.
Several SPB weapons feature descriptions claiming to cause enemy stagger/flinch, yet their actual in-game flinch rates (approx. 1.15%) are too low to trigger reliably. This mod restores these values to functional levels (7% - 12%) to match their intended design.

This restoration is strictly limited to Rank 11 weapons that feature "stagger" in their original vanilla descriptions:
SPB Night Sky MK4+ (Flinch: 1.15% → 12%)
SPB Praseodymium 2 (Flinch: 1.15% → 8.33%)
SPB Rapier & Type Z (Flinch: 1.15% → 7.45%)
LMB Wolkenbruch 2 (Flinch: 1.07% → 9.22%)
