NOT ALL REQUESTED CHANGES ARE PRESENT. THIS IS A BETA. Clay's formating is not clear and so not all the changes were implemented. I need extremely clear balance requests like those found in GRASS's document where he says change spare mags from 5 to 8. There may be things that are broken.
I am working on a fix to all systems and need the community's help at this point because there too many things for me to test all by myself.
