Just gives the JAR-5 dominator heavy pen.

SO to not steal a fellow buddy i just made this mod make the JAR-5 heavy pen WHILE being compatible to put along side the other mod (put this mod in front of it like below) and both should apply although you can also just have the heavy pen alone:
