Beta Energy Base: 3000
Burst Energy Base: 3000
Ranged Attack Power: 1250
Damage Reduction per shield: 1.2
Ammo: 9999
Consumables: all 10
Attack Speed: 4 different versions of base, 130%, 140%, and 160%

I wanted something that fixed annoyances without feeling too broken or op.
Nobody made what I was looking for so made it myself.
