The quasar cannon stratagem now comes with a shield pack included. However you only get once use.
Disclaimer that this is a test, im messing around with stuff right now. I feel like the fact you can only use it once balances out the fact that it saves a stratagem slot.
Please let me know your thoughts on it.
Also please suggest a combo if you want it.
I might decide to just make a mega mod where you can pick and choose what you want in the config settings
