Removes Royal Guard cape

There are 2 versions here:
First replaces the standard Royal Guard suit, but the photomode won't work whit this
Еhe second replaces the Daily Force suit - The photomode should work fine

Both versions can be installed at the same time.

Installation:
Go to SB > Content > Paks and drop all 3 files in ~mods folder (Create one if it doesn't exist)
