This mod restores the "Hard" graffiti next to the R Shop neon sign, which was present in the original PS5 release, but then was replaced by a different piece of graffiti reading "Crime" in a patch on the 24th April 2024.

Installation:

Extract the mod's contents (HardR_P.pak, HardR_P.ucas and HardR_P.utoc) from the zip file into "StellarBlade\SB\Content\Paks\~mods"

Note - When the developers replaced this texture, they also slightly decreased the size of it on the wall. To keep this mod to a minimal size, I have left this as just a simple texture swap rather than trying to match exactly how it looked originally. That being said, you can only see the difference in size if you compare the results of this mod with screenshots from the original PS5 version.

I believe I found a solution that works for me, to get the Hard graffiti on the wall
in the graphics section the environmental object visible distance setting should be set above 30
check this setting at the start of every game because for some reason it keeps resetting to 30, at which you do not see the graffiti

i had installed the mod a week after i started my ng+ run and it worked just fine i did a test again because i wanted to see if maybe it would happen to me but so far this is the 15 time starting a ng+ and running half way thro campaign and installing the mod and the hard r graffiti is there the only other thing i can think of is if u got the standerd edition of the game or the complete edition of the game ?

well as of now the text does not show up anymore so this mod needs to be updated
