(Also known as: Long Range Sniper Scope.)

Description
The basegame's sniper scope does not feel very sniper-y at all. I asked Dr. Doofenshmirtz to perform an ~evil experiment~ and he managed to power up the scope...but at what cost?

Installation instructions
Drag and drop into Arsenal (or equivalent mod manager) or use Arsenal's "Add new mod" function.

Shout outs
