Bug: Mods dropdown arrow does not always appear

Hey there. I am here to report a small bug. When on the homepage, the mods button on top does not have the dropdown arrow
But when you click on the resources tab, the mods button gains the dropdown arrow

It seems when the button is highlighted with the purple font, the dropdown arrow disappears.

The fix needed: When on the homepage, make it so the mods button has its dropdown menu

I tried to, but the form here does not allow copy and paste or upload screenshots. It only allows linking images from external source.

It's disabled for saving storage. You can upload your screenshot to ImgBB or imgur
