Can I transfer ownership of a mod? Or request a deletion so the author can re-upload?

Hi, I uploaded a mod here that Nexus took down, Yasmine Bikini for Street Fighter 6: https://ayakamods.com/mods/yasmine-bikini.3692/

Is there a way I can get ownership of this mod transferred to the original mod author, Jeans22? I added them to the mod team, but this really needs to be under their name.

Failing that, can the mod be deleted so that Jeans22 can upload it on their account instead? I've looked but can't find a delete option for mods.

P.S. I see today there's a very similar mod that got uploaded on Nexus from a well established author and they aren't in a rush to remove that one, fancy that!
