We'd like to let you know that @LightningMods development as a PS5 homebrew was successful, and we're happy to see that he's released Itemzflow as PS5 Homebrew app!

Also, we have seen that one @Jackfavvv has posted the first PS5 Game that has been released: Tales of Arise - [PPSA-02794] [FG]
