Picky Captain - Makes Edward less tan and removes his eye makeup

Adewale & the crew members will now have a lighter skin. (Does not affect the DLC.)
Edward will also have slightly lighter skin and no eye makeup.

• Makes Edward less tan and removes his eye makeup.
• Gives Adewale lighter skin.
• Gives crew members lighter skin. (Also affecting some NPCs using the same assets.)
