Seems that's the only place on this forum to find them, as far as pre-made fpkg's. If you want to make your own then look up "PS2-FPKG by Jabu", which allows you to convert .bin/.cue PS2 images into fake-PKGs for jailbreak PS4. If you have an .iso then just rename it to .bin for PS2-FPKG to be able to run it. The program might say "can't process this .bin" but just press okay and try to proceed forward. Game compatibility varies though, so just test. I just tested Kessen II, Yakuza 1, and Yakuza 2 and all worked.
